Annual Registration Fee: Approximately $37.97 per trailman and $43.19 per registered adult. A registered adult is an adult who has gone through the background check and completed training necessary to be an approved adult/chaperone for troop activities. This fee is paid through Trail Life Connect to the national Trail Life organization.
Class-A Uniform Shirt: We expect all trailman to wear their uniform shirt tucked into appropriate pants/shorts with a belt. The uniform shirt can be purchased for approximately $48 directly from the troop (if we have the correct size in stock), or from the Trail Life store.
Annual Troop Dues: Troop dues cover program materials, awards, and support for troop meetings, campouts, hikes, and other activities. Dues are $100 per trailman every year and can be paid online/electronically. All dues are considered tax deductible through our charter organization, Union Baptist Church.
Activity Fees: Depending on the activity (camping, canoeing, hiking, etc) there will be costs associated with parking, travel, food, and other supplies. For each activity trailmen and adults will need to cover any of these costs that are not covered by the troop.
Scholarships: We desire to make membership available to any boy regardless of their financial means. If cost is a barrier to participation, please inquire about scholarships and other opportunities that may be available.
